[GENERAL]Commissioning my services indicates your acceptance of all Terms of Service on this page. I reserve the right to decline any commission that I am unable to fulfill.[PAYMENT]Commission fees are stated in USD and may be paid using PayPal (F&F), Cash, or Venmo. I will commence the project once the full payment has been confirmed.[REFUND]You may request a full refund if I haven’t started your commission or if I’m unable to finish it for any reason.[REVISION]After I finish the sketch, I’ll send it to you for approval! Feel free to request any revisions during this stage. Larger changes such as adjusting the entire pose may have additional fees. I’ll move forward with the commission once you’ve confirmed the sketch and any edits.[TIME CONSTRAINT]Commissions usually take about 1 to 3 weeks to finish, depending on how complex the piece is. If you have a deadline or preferred completion date, just let me know so I can see if it’s doable! You’re always welcome to check in for updates or progress along the way.[FINISHED ARTWORK]Once the commission is completed and approved, you will receive the final files via email, including PNG, unwatermarked, and transparent versions of the artwork. If you would like a specific file type or version, please let me know in advance so it can be included.[ART USAGE]All commissions are for personal use only. Any commercial use (including generating profit from the artwork) must be discussed and agreed upon with me before commissioning.The use of my artwork in connection with NFTs or A.I. in any form is strictly prohibited. As the artist, I retain all copyrights to commissioned works and may use them in portfolios, examples, and on social media. If you prefer that your commission not be displayed publicly, please inform me in advance.[COMMERCIAL WORK PRICING]For commercial usage that does not involve mass production, such as social media advertisements or streaming, the commission fee will be twice the base price. For commercial usage that does involve mass production, such as book covers, keychains, or prints, the commission fee will be three times the base price.
